TURIP Orientation:

Each new employee who joins our family goes through a comprehensive orientation program that lasts a maximum of 7 days so that they can better understand our business processes. In this program, detailed training is given about our company, work processes and responsibilities. If the employee cannot adapt to his responsibilities during the orientation process, he is offered the opportunity to rotate in the factory to a more suitable position.
